was established in 1977 by a group of professionals who saw an increasing demand for a school of culinary art. Since then the UFM School has been associated with modern teaching methods , luxurious and convenient classrooms furnished with the most up- to date facilities. An extensive range of professional courses in both baking & cooking are being taught by the school s dedicated team consists of food technologists and home economists .
